insanity day 14
cw: 140.5 (weighed in the morning)
haven’t updated in a while because i’ve been away but hopefully i can get back on track!
did pure cardio and cardio abs today. took my rest yesterday instead of today. was tired so i didn’t push myself as hard as i could’ve, but hopefully i can do better tomorrow.
it feels like i’ve hit a plateau after the initial 4 pound weight loss. have stagnated at this weight for a while, but my eating habits have also started devolving back to its original unhealthy state. it’s so hard to be social and eat right!
i’d say a 4 pound loss after 2 weeks is not bad. if i keep this up i’ll lose a total of 16 pounds in 2 months which would be pretty great. but i want to/know i can do better. let’s see if i can lose another 6 pounds in the next two weeks.
i can do it! let’s hop back on that fitness train!
